For Friday's 98th football game against Santa Paula High, Fillmore school officials have ruled that any middle-school aged youths or older dressed in Halloween costumes will not be allowed into the Fillmore stadium.
The decision was made to help create a safe enviornment for all those attending the game, according to school officials.
