Lana Del Rey's new one is "Born To Die" and it's on mighty, mighty Interscope. Once upon a time, Elizabeth Woolridge Grant and recorded as herself, Lizzy Grant, but she has re-invented herself as a "gangsta Nancy Sinatra" and here's her major label debut. Del Rey looks like she stepped out of a '50s rock 'n' roll movie or maybe the musical answer to what if Katy Perry moved in next door to Wally and the Beave? It's slick dance music that the mall mice should love because she rhymes "harlot" and "starlot," and "pouty" and "rowdy" always works. Del Rey should make zillions
