Ohlone is pulling away from Antelope Valley, 66-56, with 5:06 left as the orange shirts of Ventura fans begin to filter in. Some of the mainstays, like the Sue Gilmore and the Eaton and Rowland families have been here for more than an hour.
Former Ventura coach Phil Mathews is also here. He actually had to pay to get into the building because he didn't have his Hall of Fame pass on him.

The Hulls are rooting from home for OUR PIRATES! Last week Leonard had surgery to remove his right kidney - renal cell carcinoma. He's home recovering well and we're taking care of him.
Cheer loud for us... and GO PIRATES!!
Ric,
The JC scores site lists the final score as Ventura 82, Yuba 75.

Thanks for the updates Joe. I wish I could be there but for now I am glued to the computer version! Looking forward to your commentary during the VC game. I sure hope to see you and the Pirates on Sat and Sun...
