FINAL
With 32-year head coach Jim Bittner's 199th career win, Moorpark (3-2) has its first three-game win streak since beating defending state champions El Camino in the 2007 Southern California regional playoffs for its sixth straight win. Anthony Pelupessy and Niall Padden returned interceptions for touchdowns and QB Zach Shultis scored on a 9-yard run as the Raiders took a 22-0 lead after one quarter. Shultis kicked a 22-yard FG, QB Dalton Botts threw a 25-yard TD pass to Stephen Henderson and Clint Abraham returned a 24-yard fumble return for a TD as Moorpark took a 39-0 halftime lead. The Raiders allowed just 5 yards of total offense in the first half and had six interceptions, which tied the school record set against West LA in 1972.
