The Ventura College men's basketball team could be without star James Ennis Saturday at Santa Barbara City.

The Ventura High product was whistled for his second technical foul with seven minutes to play in Wednesday's win over Moorpark.

Depending on the nature of the technicals, Ennis may have to serve a one-game suspension Saturday.

"Three different things could happen and I'm hoping it's not the worst of them," said Ventura coach Will Cowen Thursday.
