VC men break into state poll

The Ventura College men's basketball team, which is on a season-best four-game winning streak to tie for first place in the WSC North, broke back into the state poll this week at No. 20.

The Pirates (12-10) also rose one spot to No. 10 in the Southern California regional coaches poll.

The bottom half of the regional poll also includes No. 13 Cuesta and No. 14 Hancock.
