Oxnard College softball player Janai Shaw is this week's Western State Conference Athlete of the Week.
The sophomore from Pacifica High was 3 for 4 with two home runs, three runs and two RBIs in a 11-8 loss March 27 at Hancock and pitched a shutout against Cuesta Thursday, when she tripled and scored the only run of the game.
