Council Member Michelle Foster is running for election ( she was appointed to fill out Paul Miller's term when he was promoted to Mayor). I know it isn't a shocker, but I still wanted to be the first with the story. If you know other candidates running, please e-mail them to me.
So, how was Council Member Foster's first term? What was her biggest accomplishment?

What were her stated goals when she joined the council?
Has she been endorsing peopel for other races? I would imagine this would make more people likely to support her, but at the same time motivate someone to run Against her.
She endorsed Judy Mikels.
Wow, that worked out great. She must hand out her endorsement like an insurance sellsman at a party hands out his card.
I guess her pick got rejected by 72 percent of the voters.
Under that logic, Jim Dantona and Peter Foy were rejected by 80% of our city council!
