Does Mitt Romney believe that the American people are more tolerant today for candidates professing a minority religion and running for the Presidency than they were when his father ran for his party's nomination? Or when JFK ran in the other party?

Here are some things they should talk about at the debate. The Iraqi government, lead by Bush and Big Oil appointee, Maliki is on the verge of collapse. Sunni's are pulling out and today it was revealed that Maliki has a secret Shiite office that has the job of shuting out Sunni's and Kurds. The U.S. military is continuing building a Berlin Wall down the middle of Baghdad. The D.C. madam is releasing names of John's and word on the street is that Bush will soon be doing a lot of hiring. Bush is going to veto funding for the troops in the field and refuses to bring them home even though the majority of Americans want them home meaning he does not represent the will of the people. George Tenet said again yesterday that the war in Iraq increased terrorism and let Bin Laden go, he also said it is okay to torture people and to become that which you are against.

She should do a story on Rupert Murdock wanting to buy DOW JONES Corp. Rupert must be stopped or soon all we will have is Fox News.
The United States should declare war on Austraila if he buys it.

Perhaps, when discussing the DC madame, it would be prudent to remember something that Barry Goldwater said about our capitol:

“If everybody in this town connected with politics had to leave town because of chasing women and drinking, you would have no government.”

If somebody gave Marc Foley her number that still might have control of Congress.

DOJ, I made an off topic entry for thoughts not about Ventura County politics. I asked what the reporter should investigate. Her turf is Simi Valley. Focus on that.

I would like detailed campaign finance analysis for local candidates. Have the big donors got what they wanted?

I think Anna should investigate the background to the homeless people in town. How many of them are mentally ill? How many of them have jobs? Did they grow up here? Where do they sleep on an average night? What churches have helped out the most?

Let me explain something to you Owen. Andrew Jackson, Thomas Jefferson, sometimes LBJ... they where secure enough with their manhood to wear a dress. Modern Republicans are not.
I do not want to see a terrorist country burning an American flag with a huge picture of our leader in a dress flying high next to it. The Nation cannot psychologically handle that right now.
