Lakers V Celtics = Strickland V Jackson

( Another Kobe Bryant stunt. This time jumping over a pool of snakes with the guys from Jackass.) href="http://www.independent.com/news/2008/jun/26/republican-tony-strickland-offers-stark-alternativ/"> In a recent interview Tony Strickland hinted that Hannah-Beth Jackson supported the Celtics over the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals.

I have been a Lakers fan since Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Magic Johnson played together. My fandom was reignited when Shaq came to town. I like that Phil Jackson had him read Nietzche ( Is it true that is there he got the idea for the ubermensch tattoo?). I had a great time watching Dennis Rodman rebound. I waited to hear the details to the criminal charges against Kobe Bryant.

The Bulls were great to watch also because of Pippen, Rodman, and Jordan. Bulls and Lakers games were awesome to watch.

This year's Celtics team was hard to hate. They seemed like nice enough guys. But they weren't the Lakers.

I am not much into sports overall. But I am serious about the Lakers. It is a family thing.

So, it is it true? Did Hannah-Beth Jackson support the Celtics?

Did Tony Strickland throw a loaded attack on your choice of sport's teams? If this is all an attempt by the Strickland campaign to place an unflattering rumor in that interview I understand. I suggest you strike back by asking if he likes Ventura County or Santa Barbra county beaches better.

I want a clear answer from the campaign. I will post their reply.

Until I hear a reply I will not post anything from her campaign.

But expect a Laker's fan outside your events.

I didn't watch the basketball finals - I like to watch live basketball and have trouble focusing on TV basketball.

But this week for us has been all about the Fresno State Bulldog baseball team - College World Series winners!! My son attends Fresno State and with all the money we send to the college we feel a part of the team. GO DOGS!!!

Sorry Brian - I know I'm not exactly on topic - just stretched the sports theme a bit.

Did you watch the video?

What? Not a Lakers fan? Well, those are mighty serious charges.

But seriously, while HBJ would need to tell you herself who she roots for, I know she grew up in Boston so likely has some ties there.

There are rabid basketball fans at our house.

STRICLAND'S A LAKER FAN, SHIT I HAD HIM ALL WRONG! MY BAD. LETS ALL GO TO MORONGO, HAVE A SMOKE, AND PUT SOME COIN ON THE NEXT SEASON.

Ligor-thats funny...but we will be busy at Planned Parenthood snuffing out embryos while overcharging the state and sending you all the bill. Of course we will have to wear Celtic jerseys while we keep our neighbor from building on their property so as to keep our friends busy in court. Did I mention you all will be getting the bill for that too?

While not a advocate for abortion it has probably saved more lives than its taken.

As for the domain issue, shoot first and ask questions later.

And I will gladly vote for anyone but the pig gorging him/her self at the public trough.

Hey did you hear, OSBORNS A RAIDERS FAN!

Let's be really clear about what Planned Parenthood does with its money. Straight off the annual report:

Contraception 38%
Other Services 1%
Abortion Services 3%
Other Women’s Health Services 10%
Cancer Screening and Prevention 19%
Sexually Transmitted Diseases/Infections
(STD/STI) Testing and Treatment 29%

So only 3% of the money PP spends goes to abortion, which the Supreme Court has ruled is legal and which the majority of Americans support.

Much, much more money goes to health services for women like cancer and STD screenings.

Two-thirds of the money PP receives is from private sources and charging for health services.

Slow news week, Brian?

Was Tony Strickland correct or not? Was there a bet?

Answer the questions.

But, yeah, a little slow.
