The pictures are nice, legal or not. (By the way EVERY Elton Gallegly primary sign in Simi Valley was illegal but I digress).
What is more important is MEETING the people (i.e., the voters) down here in Reagan Country. The Dems (and I am one) can keep fooling themselves with the "Ventura County is Blue" talk. But East Ventura County is NOT and they will vote for Strickland, corrupt and ineffective as he is, en masse - unless you get yourself away from your desk, the Santa Barbara fundraisers, the photo-ops and the partisan editorials - AND GET OUT AND MEET THE VOTERS DOWN HERE. They will not vote for you here simply because you are the Anti-Tony or because you spoke to a handful of us at a local Democratic leadership meeting. Those people are already in your pocket... or are you worried they are not?
There is more support for Barack Obama in Simi Valley than for you because at least they know who he is. God bless Brian Dennert but his blog site is NOT enough publicity for you to win.
Do you have the fire it takes to win? Do you have more to offer than the color blue? It's August - what are you waiting for?
