There are many funny Joe Biden quotes out there but this quote about Rudy Giuliani is great.
About Rudy Giuliani:
"There's only three things he mentions in a sentence: a noun, and a verb and 9/11,"
So, who do you think McCain will pick?

Here's hoping that Condi Rice is picked - but it will never happen.
McCain should pick a non-white and/or a female to be competitive. The biggest issue he has is if he is going to appease the real conservative base - Mitt Romney is a good candidate but he is Morman and the truly conservative base holds that against him.
Yawn .... Mitt Romey
I hope he picks Lieberman. It is about time this b.s. of party lines and 4 years of bickering and sabotage ends.
If he is smart he will pick Tom Ridge. If he is dumb he will pick Romney.
I am still on Cloud 9 over the Biden choice. I feel more certain than ever now that Obama will be our next president.
Marie,
Have you donated any money to show your appreciation? Maybe bought a sign or a shirt? I have magnetic bumper stickers next time you are in Simi Valley.
Yes, I have done my part on all counts.
Urban Outfitters has sweet Obama shirts. You need to check them out.

Yawn .... Tabacco Tony Strickland, better yet Elton G. man all the way. Naw . Maybe Go and Tell Pharaoh Al Sharpton. ~:-]
I think McCain might go with either Tim Pawlenty or Tom Ridge. Pawlenty is a fresh face, brimming with ideas and enthusiasm. He could inject some much-needed energy into the campaign. Ridge could help McCain secure Pennsylvania, which is very important for him. We'll see...
As for me, I'm still in NYC. It's been a real busy trip so far, about 75% business/25% pleasure. My family has some commercial investment property in mid-town Manhattan (mostly office buildings) that I'm helping consummate the deal for.
From there, I'm of to Washington, D.C. for another week where one of my stops will be at RNC headquarters. Then I head to Arkansas for another 4 days where I have a couple of meetings scheduled.
Been tuning in to the Democractic National Convention here and there. Pretty interesting so far. Saw Michele Obama pimping the kids with "Daddy" via teleconference last night and I guess Hillary speaks tonight.
Well, later on, for now...
Wow...9/11 became a punchline...classy...this is why Crazy Joe was a bad pick...should gone with Richardson...much more of a statesman...
It wasn't 911 that become a punchline, but Giuliani exploiting it for personal gain giving paid speeches and running for office. The punchline was Rudy getting paid to yell about 911 or use it to get elected.
Since you called Joe Biden "crazy Joe" why not look up quotes from other candidates like McCain and his new pick? They have both said or listened to and not objected to crazy things.
Then come back here and prove your outrage isn't selective.
The point isn't that McCain is a bad man at heart. The point is that you are falling for a false story by traditional media sources about what the story line in the campaign is going to be.
When Rudy Giulliani lead the police and firefighters through 9/11 he earned the right to call back on his experience during that time to prove his leadership abilities...
And your comment still doesn't disprove the fact that Biden used 9/11 as a punchline...his structure was out of of comedy school 101...
My guess is that the Republican Party (like in '96) felt like they couldn't win in November, had Rudy drop out hoping to use him in 2012, assuming Hilary or Obama won...and the GOP is giving McCain the shot he really deserved in 2000...
How much money would be unseemly for him to make off of 911?
Of course he should bring it up to show his qualifications. But he won zero primaries and almost no delegates, if any.
His own party rejected him because he used 911 to connect on every issue.
He was using Rudy Giuliani's inability to talk about anything except 911 as a punchline.
If you think Joe Biden was making fun of the victims of 911 I am disappointed at your judgment.
You don't believe he was making fun of the victims do you?
