I went to this rally last night and it was great. I just wish the Democrats had thrown their support behind Ferial Masry earlier in the campaign. I've had the privilege of meeting Ferial on a few separate occasions and I'm always struck by her unique combination of steel will and gentle spirit. I've been upset by the negative mailers that Audra Strickland is sending out saying all sorts of unkind things about Ferial because Ferial truly is a courageous, caring person, whom I'm proud to support for 37th Assembly seat.
I hope that the last minute efforts of Democrats to rally behind Ferial Masry can help make a difference is this election.
