Comments Policy Reminder

( This video attempts to use Nazis as comedy, which is dfferent then bringing them up to win a debate. Invoking Nazis into a debate that doesn't warrant it usually shows that the person has a weak argument.)

I have a pretty simple comments policy. If you see something that should be deleted, send me an email. I regularly delete email that refers to family members, staff members of elected officials that don't need to be mentioned, contains personal information, or has foul language. I don't post who requested the comment to be deleted.

I have told most local candidates or their staffs this policy directly.

In the comments section you don't need to register or use your real name. But people are more likely to treat your views seriously if you post under your real name or at the very least post under the same name most of the time.

And as a general reminder. The person that brings up Nazis in a debate usually loses. Try to avoid going to extremes or name calling.

On this blog it always seem to be the far left liberals who invoke nazis into the debate. Lately it is the no on 8 folks who have been doing this with regularity.

You're a Nazi.

This video clip parody is dubbed onto Downfall which is a great, great movie of Hitler and his last few days of power. I've watched it twice and am about to watch again. What is notable is how Hitler surrounds himself with gutless wonders - the synchophantic nature of his "followers" is historically reknowned.

There were a few who challenged Hitler, but they usually ended up dead. It is the nature of brutal dictatorships.

There were millions who supported Hitler. Nazism wasn't unique - it is omnipresent.

BK was right - the few that directly challenged Hitler were killed. Others were scared into submission. Most of the actual dirty work was performed by eager synchophants.

I thought the funniest version was Hitler as a Cowboys fan: http://snipr.com/6ynwu

Ha ha, that was even better! I do agree with Hitler's analysis that it was all Jessica Simpson's fault.

"Far left liberals invoke Hitler into the debate", when republicans act like Nazis why do GOP'ers object to being compared to Nazi's? Hitler believed in the "big lie", so does George Bush and the lemmings who follow him. We know that Iraq was based on lies and today we find out that we have been in a recession since Dec. 2007, yet Bush and the GOP lied and said the economy was doing great. The GOP lied and said cutting taxes would generate revenue through economic activity and cut the deficit etc, again, another lie. I won't even go into all the other ways like torture etc that the GOP has acted like Nazi's. If you don't like it, then don't do it!
