( This controversial and highly watched ad is one of the projects There is no spoon has worked on.)
On Sunday I met "There is no spoon", a write on Dailykos that I have read in the past, but didn't realize lives in Ventura County. There is no spoon is a skilled, young, innovative, political activist that Democratic candidates looking to run for office around here should recruit to work for them. That doesn't mean I agree with all of his politics ( I have only read a small fraction of what he has written), but I recognize that he is really talented.
Click here for his diaries on dailykos.com
Click here for an entry on the 2008 Democratic Primaries for CA 24.
There is no spoon, I expect to be added to your blogroll.
Thanks for clicking on continue reading. As a prize here for another blog written by a local Democratic activist.

Brian,
Great meeting you, too. You are definitely on my blogroll! :-)
David also posts on VenturaCountyDemocrats.com and politicalwatchcentralcoast.org.
I am impressed with the Ventura County Democrats new blog. Thanks for your hard work!
Left wing delusions of granduer.
Don't worry, when Obama and his buddies from Illinois mess everything up for us, the Dems temporary euphoria will quickly dissipate.
David,
When you talk to the other contributers to Venturacountydemocrats.com let them know I think the site is impressive.
If someone wants to write a guest entry who do thy contact?
I would like to see blog entries from the Ventura County Republican Central Committee.
Hi Brian,
Thanks for the compliments on the new Venturacountydemocrats.com website. We developed it as part of our master communications plan for the next election cycle. We have also started a very active Facebook group under Ventura County Democratic Party. Please contact me regarding a guest entry, we would love to have your opinions on our site and we would love to get the exchange going on your blog between the Ventura County Republican Central Committee and us. We think it would be a great community service.
David is in the process of restarting a Young Democrats Club in Ventura and we hope many of your younger readers will join him. And those over 35 are encouraged to join a Democratic Club in their area.
Best wishes for the new year.
