Simi Valley's Dog Park is scheduled to open in March. Click here for the rules and information on the grand opening. I am glad are park board has been able to make this happen.
Now it looks like Moorpark is also trying to open a dog park.

Are you pleased with the level of services, the tax rate, and the management of your local park district? I think our park district is well run.
Can't wait to romp in dog poo land! My dog used to love to go to Thousand Oaks as a pup! We used to say shop in Simi poop in Thousand Oaks!
I am looking foward to this opening, I wont have to drive all the way to T.O. and can take my pup to this park every day.
From what I have read so far it will be a bring your own poop bags, if people can be adults and make sure to pick up after their pups it will be great.
At least I will have a place to recycle my plastic grocery bags now.
That's reusing not recycling, even better!
