On Friday State Senator Tony Strickland hosted an event in Camarillo at a Marie Calendar's to listen to his constituents and answer some of their questions. I posted a blog entry on it Thursday night, but some technical glitch made it disappear sometime on Friday.

Anyways, good job State Senator Strickland. I am glad when public officials make themselves open and accessible to the public by holding events like you did.

Why doesn't Rep. Gallegly hold more scheduled and open town hall type meetings?
