When will Republican candidates Mike Stoker and Daniel Goldberg debate?
Ventura County Republican blogger Eric Ingemunson isn't pleased with Daniel Goldberg's candidacy and even implied Goldberg has hidden some past blog posts that could get him in trouble with Republican Tea Party voters. Don't worry, I have copies of his posts. Let me know if you are looking for something. Eric, are you saying he poses such a challenge that Mike Stoker would need to spend money to defeat him?
I will post fanboxes for any candidate that sends me the html. The Das Williams campaign sent me in their fanbox information and you will see it on every post I do on this race from now on.
I don't know why his posts were removed, but in our role as advocates of the public interest shouldn't we at least make mention that they are no longer there? At the very least it's a repository of how a particular candidate felt on a wide variety of issues that was meant for public consumption. It can serve as a placeholder until Goldberg's position paper comes out later this month.
Mystery is solved--Daniel posted an explanation for the missing posts today and I'm wholly satisfied with his response.
