Do you remember when President Obama criticized the recent Supreme Court ruling that undermined our campaign finance system? Some conservative groups argue it won't really change much while others have said it will open our elections to influence from foreign corporations.

My friend Natalie Panossian is helping to host a discussion of the recent Citizens United Supreme Court Decision. Here is the basic information:

For the past two weeks I have been asking both Audra Strickland and Linda Parks to answer the following three questions: (1) Are you familiar with Citizens United vs. FEC case?; (2) What is your understanding of the issues and holding in this case?; and (3) Do you agree or disagree with this decision?

I encourage every voter to ask these three questions of their elected officials and anyone running for office. In my opinion, this case is as significant as the Dred Scott decision.

I am still waiting for a response from Parks and Strickland. The silence is deafening!
