Fellow Ventura County Star Blogger Eric Eric Ingemunson posted that Jeff Gorell swept Kern County by claiming the only vote in the Republican Primary. That was so funny I went to the elections page and found out that Democrat Ferial Masry also earned the only vote in the Democratic Primary.
Being that these two candidates have tied in Kern County I suggest that Eric and I travel with the candidates to hold a debate for these voters. Sure it wouldn't normally be a wise use of campaign time but I am confident it will attract media attention.
Ferial Masry's campaign has not sent me in the HTMl for a Fanbox. I will post it for candidates when they send it in. Bob Huber's campaign complains that I won't post their Fanbox but they have the code and won't send it in!

Ferial? Puleeeeze! Talk about Yesterday vs Tomorrow! Vote for Jeff Gorell in November as we TAKE BACK CALIFORNIA!
vote!
Jeff Gorell is the right choice. Isn't it time the people had real representation in Sac? One look at what he has done, what he stands for and how he leads is all you need to see we need him now and the sooner the better.
Pauline,
Audra Strickland is currently in this seat. Are you saying she isn't giving people real representation?
This sounds like an exciting race . . .
The weight of Gorell and Masry stand an interesting chance of surprise.
The representative we want to see is consistent and not bought and paid for. We didn't like Audra, so why would we want to like Gorell? They have handed him the baton. Not sure of Masry but give her a chance.
Ferial Masry represents the change out community needs. This is one of the brief moments in time we can create change. This is our chance to storm the castle. Take it back from big oil, big tobacco, and medium sized casinos.
Now Audra's melting we can't turn over power to one of her flying monkeys.
Masry will go down for the count again - for the fifth time. Her and Dantona are in a dead heat for most election losses in one lifetime.
