The Democratic Campaign Council of Ventura County is having a Halloween party that includes a costume contest. Here are the details:

Date: Saturday October 30, 2010 Time: 6:00 PM - ? I will post pictures of some of the creative costumes. Any costume ideas?

Superman. Because we are going to need someone like the Man of Steel to help fix the mess Republicans are making of government here in Ventura County.

I assume Lex Luthor...I mean Mike Osborn won't be having a similar shindig?

I wouldn't miss this party for anything. I was at it last year and it was the best, never miss an event at Melissa Demarco's house. It take two to three weeks to decorate the house. The food will be great and we are looking for some good raffle items. Politics can be fun and we want to put the party back in Democratic Party.

I will do my best to make it. I have to figure out my plans for that weekend. If I do go, I'll probably go as Super Mario. I have a lot of nostalgia for the short plumber man.

I bet I will be seeing a lot of witches however...
