I'm guessing the debate will go something like this:
"Mr. Strickland. Do you support the Romney/Ryan plan to destroy medicare and social security and the plan to raise middle class taxes in order to give millionaires and billionaires like Romney and Ryan and the Koch Brothers another big tax cut?"
"Strickland. Yes I do! They said they would throw me a bone and I love bones!I also love eating like a hog at the taxpayer trough, I've never had a job that wasn't funded by taxpayers, I doubt I could even function in the real world."
Here's a question for the carpetbagger, Julia Brownley: "Ms. Brownley, what do you propose to do for all those labor unions that you took money from for in this campaign?"
Brownley: "Well, what I've always done, of course. Tell the taxpayers to once again bend over and take it deep as I dole out exorbitant pension benefit increases to all the unions at the federal level."
And still another debate question for Brownley.
What compelled you to vote YES on AB109?
The bill that early released 30,000 convicted felons from Calif State Prison starting last January.
And what is your excuse given to the new victims of these early releases? Like the senior citizen who was kidnapped and held at gun point recently in San Diego by a early released convicted "murderer"?
Here's a question for the corporate lackey, Phony Tony Strickland: "Mr.Strickland, what do you propose to do for all those tobacco companies, insurance companies and Indian Gaming interests that you took money from in this campaign?"
Strickland: "Well, what I've always done, of course. Tell the taxpayers to once again bend over and take it deep as I dole out exorbitant corporate welfare increases to all the corporations at the federal level, just like how we republicans give corporate welfare to the oil companies and then laugh when they rip you off at the pump and give the RNC your money!"
Last debate questions does not FACT check. please revise:
Per 2012 Federal Election Commission numbers posted on their Web site. Oil companies and Wall Street Institutions, brokers, Insurance companies and banks gave about 80% of their 2012 campaign donations to Obama. 20% to Republicans. Article in todays Wall Street stating 3.2 million received by Obama from Indian Gaming. Less than $300k to Republicans.
Brownley got most of her money from Nancy Pelosi's DNC fund and Teachers/Nurses Union, Santa Monica based legal folks and Teachers/Nurses political funds.
Do your research before complaining.
We aren't talking about Obama, we are talking about Phony Tony and how his money is coming from big oil, tobacco, etc as funneled through super pacs and other "advocacy for seniors" groups as detailed in the Star today. Phony Tony is bought and paid for! VOTE BROWNLEY 2012! The Star today also endorsed Fran Pavley and Hannah Beth Jackson!
Doesn't YES of Prop 32 allow govt to extend its control and intrude on the rules and regulations established by private organizations through their democratic processes?
Wouldn't a YES on Prop 32 establish a precedent for govt to extend its control over other private organizations and groups like the Boy Scouts, the Rotary, corporate shareholder decisions and maybe even over the decisions of congregations and parish members?
Should shareholders be forced to contribute a portion of their dividends to political contributions by their corporations, without first having to give permission?
After all, like unions members, shareholders also elect the board members that make the same decisions that union leaders are elected to make.
Hey, Hussein, did you or did you not make the following statement?: "I agree with redistribution of the wealth."
Sheepish response from a pallid Obama: "Yea..yea..yea, I di...di...di...id....bu...bu..but... Oh, hell, where's the teleprompter? Michelle, get up here and bail me out, would you? Just start talking about vegetables or something..."
DISTRIBUTION of wealth, not RE-DISTRIBUTION of wealth. They do NOT mean the same thing.
The former refers to the natural flow of revenues/spending, etc that makes up the economy, ie, wealth is created, it is paid out in wages, put to work in the form of investments, etc.
The latter refers to a deliberate shift of revenues/spending from one group to another, as in America's case where the wealth of the middle class is taken and given to the 1% while the debts of the 1% are re-distributed to the rest of the country.
Actually the first one to bring up re-distribution of wealth was Jesus Christ. Anyone against it hates Jesus.
Yes! Debate is today at Cal Lutheran in Thousand Oaks, CA at 7:00pm.

Obama is totally into "redistribution" of the wealth. Make no mistake about it. He should be President of Cuba not the United States.
And the Right is into Re-Distribution of Debt, from the 1% downwards to the middle class and poor. That's a fact. Live with it.
If we reelect Obama, we will get the government we deserve - bigger, more expensive, and more intrusive. This is what we got in his first term and we can expect more of the same in his second term.
The choice is clear, folks. Vote for Romney and we have a fighting chance at reducing the size and scope of government and, in so doing, providing the private sector with an opportunity to lead us out of this recession and into a stronger, more secure economy that can grow and prosper into the future.
Or, vote for Obama and see the continuation of the economic decline, lack of job growth, and stifled opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors while the government continues to become more and more bloated, offering more teats for those unwilling to work to suck from.
If Romney is elected everyone making less than a million dollars a year will be paying on average more than $4,000 in additional taxes, all so Romney and other million and billionaires can get a big tax cut averaging $67,000 a year! Romney will also lead the charge in destroying medicare and social security! Don't be a sheep, vote OBAMA 2012!!!!!
Brownley wiped the floor with Strickland in the debate! Strickland looked about as useful as a wet piece of toilet paper! Vote Brownley!
Tony Strickland absolutely destroyed Brownley in this debate. This fool who claimed Brownley won was obviously not there. If he had been, he would have witnessed Tony's absolute dominance of the subject matter and his superior knowledge of what's going on in this district. Brownley was totally clueless on most of the issues and it became very apparent very quickly that she is completely unfamiliar with what's going on in Ventura County.
Tony Strickland will likely win this election by 20 perecentage points. No contest whatsoever!!!
I didn't see the debate but we can be certain that one of these two reports about the outcome is a lie.
Brownley wiped the floor with Phony Tony! Tony looked desperate and kept looking at his handlers in the audience for help! Looks like Phony Tony is headed for a bigger beating then the one Audra got from Linda Parks!! Vote Brownley and force Phony Tony to get a real job!!
What a joke!!! This idiot obviously wasn't at the debate, but is simply making stuff up in a desperate attempt to make Julia Brownley look like she actually belongs in this race. This election is going to be a massacre. I'd like to be the first to congratulate Tony Strickland as our next Congressman from the 26th District.
Speaking of debate massacres, Mitt Romney absolutely destroyed Obama in the first presidential debate last night. Everyone was agreeing on this afterwards, even the stooges at MSNBC.
Obama looked alternately confused, perturbed, bewildered, and embarrassed, while Romney looked confident, knowledgeable, in-charge, energized, and more presidential than Obama.
This race starts again today after that masterful performance by Romney last night.
I was at the debate punk, you were not there since Walmart would not let you out of your greeter job early! Strickland looked like the right wing nut that he is and Brownley destroyed him!
I was at the debate, punkenstein. I saw Tony eat Brownley for lunch. She was pathetic, not knowing a thing about what's going on in Ventura County. This comes as no surprise, since she's from the People's Republic of Santa Monica.
She has no clue about Ventura County's more conservative values. That's why she's going to lose by 20 percentage points to Tony Strickland - Ventura County's favorite son.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
