Pavley voted Yes on AB 109 Prison Realignment. Putting 30,000 convicted felons back on our safe streets early during the next 2 years to save money. But, lets have a bullet train.
See recent LA Times article "Prison Realignment Gone Bad". The Ventura county Sheriff and DA are not happy with this action. The LA DA stated in the Times, that this AB109 action is possibly the worst bill for public safety in Calif history. The previous to last offenses were not considered in the early release. Many have been rearrested. The AB 109 vote was All Democrats "Yes" and all Republicans "NO"
Pavley must be held accountable for her voting record.
She is not electable. I do not think see read the bill.
it's hard finding a Republican to vote for this year. I keep getting mailers but all I see are Dems, lots of blue banners under candidates' names and not one that has the word "Republican" anywhere on the mailer.
Did the Rapture happen and I was sleeping or is the GOP afraid to tell voters who they are?
JACK YOU ARE RIGHT ON...It's more of the same with these democrats...gs you are right on as well. The Republican party should pay more attention to California...all the likes of the Fran Pavely's of the world know is tax and spend and give criminals a "get out of Jail free" card.
