How transparent is your local government?
Updated Campaign finance reports are posted on the city's website. Any surprises?
There was recently a robocall that went out to Simi Valley voters. The group that paid for it has not been identified. I wonder if we will ever know who paid for it. Transparency in campaign finance is important to follow the money in politics. We need better disclosure.

There is NO reg for form 460 complete disclosure So LOCAL business that benefits from some CMs / staff looking other way can just list SV Mortgage or auto Rpr and NOT identify who made the donation OR they put minimal info, not list city IE hard if not impossible to trace.
You have Diane McKay who is a TO trustee for Comm College District list her JOB with Mustang She is on a broch for Mayor Jackie while she gave the $100 to Huber!! Mustang is from TO too??
