All three candidates have extensive experience and have made Public Safety a top priority for the residents of Oxnard. They support the gang injunctions in the city and will continue to work with the community and police department to further reduce crime. They will continue to work with the fire and police departments to improve staffing and reduce response times to better serve the citizens of Oxnard in times of emergency and disaster. Their experience shows that they are committed to being fiscally responsible while providing for government transparency and, if elected will continue to help the local economy by finding ways to create jobs, maintain affordable housing, and reduce crime.
