Ed Summers Joins Treasurer Tax Collector Race

Former Ventura Council Member Ed Summers is also running in the crowded field to be the next Treasurer Tax Collector.

With another entrant from West County is there an opening for an East County candidate to take advantage of divided geographic bases of support?

I will ask all of the candidates to join an online debate if a civic group doesn't sponsor a forum dedicated to this position.
