Do you remember when some Lakers fans rioted to celebrate winning by smashing up a LAPD Patrol car? Well, the people of Iran are protesting against their government again and it is getting more and more serious. Many people have been killed and protests have spread out against the government.

I believe the Iranian people overthrowing their own government is the best chance to avoid war between Iran and either the US or Israel. It is also the best chance for the people of Iran to improve their own lives.

In the video above Iranians are rolling over a vehicle of the dreaded state police. The Iranian protesters have been using Facebook ( Many Americans are becoming a fan of a young martyr named Neda). Twitter, and Youtube to share their message.

Andrew Sullivan has done a great job of posting information as it happens from Iran.

The Iranian government has been checking the profiles of Twitter and Facebook users in Iran and even outside of Iran to pressure them to stop. Iranians living abroad that support the Green Revolution have found their families in Iran threatened.

Here is how you can help: Change your online profiles ( Twitter, Facebook, Etc.) to say you are from Iran. Many people are doing this to overwhelm their security forces and you can help protect the protesters.
