NEWS FLASH: Guv Willing to Wait Till November for HIS Budget to Pass

The Fresno Bee's Jim Boren has a big exclusive. In a meeting with the Bee's editorial folks, the Governor announced he is willing to wait till November or December to get the budget he wants--which includes a major tax increase.

Of course the Guv has said a lot of things lately, and reality has "made" him back off.

But, maybe my original thought that the budget would not be passed till October 3 was close to what will happen?

Yet another day has passed and Republicans STILL have not defined precisely what cuts can be made in the budget that would altogether total 15 billion.
