From Steve Greenberg: Welcome to my BLOG. Some cartoons just about write themselves. When our Sacramento bureau chief Timm Herdt wrote about the minor text differences that were among the discrepancies within Prop. 77, and then the judge called the ballot measure off, this song jumped into my head, and it was just a matter of finalizing the text for the cartoon.
