Although your cartoon suggests that the devasting accident which killed a whole family and seriously injured another man, may had had something to do with the road, I would differ from that assessment. The road is not responsible; drivers are ! In this case, you have a 23-yr. old driver that in my opinion should be charged with manslaughter, it was her car and her lack of following the rules of the road, that caused this tragic accident. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that she was: (a) asleep at the wheel (b) on drugs (c) or on her cell phone, in order to have hit the minivan from behind. There are no other excuses or reasons. I hope that the CHP conducted a drug test on her. And that is my opinion. Thanks
