Sludge to Kern County

Ventura County trucks its solid human waste sludge (a.k.a. "biosolids") to Kern County north of Bakersfield, and so does Los Angeles County. Kern voters are about to pass restrictions on sludge imports from hated Southern California, pushing Ventura County to seek alternatives.

funny i am glad theses issuse are finaly beeing took up for . i feel sorry for any one who has to deal with this issue
