Proposition 82 "Preschool for all"
Comments
I have read significant benefits to virtually 100% of children who get pre-school vs. those who do not. Sorry I can't recall who did it, but within the past week or so a large, extensive longitudinal study was concluded & published in Nature or Science or JAMA or the like - some recognizable subject-appropriate professional journal with high standards. As I recall the gains in marital stability, income, health, etc. were ALL significantly higher than a control standard.
As I read your cartoon you appear to either not known of this research or else you discount it with other more significant research? Whose studies did you use?
NB: I am not a scientist or researcher, but only a parent of grown children who happens to love cartoons and especially those carrying political speech (once met Walt Kelly).
