Improved gang injunction zones
A third injunction zone to limit gang activity in the Port Hueneme and Oxnard area has been proposed... but then, why shouldn't EVERY area be free of gang activity?

It could've been the whole state, all the western U.S., the whole country... I needed to make the cartoon local while expanding it as far as would work well visually.
