Sex offenders pushed out of urban areas
The passage of "Jessica's Law (Prop. 83) last fall meant registered sex offenders would be pushed out of most urban areas -- anywhere near a park, school, etc. So where can they go? Out to the countryside, where they will have less monitoring and can live more undetected. Maybe city folks will rest easier...

Unless u were raped or molested as a child u will never know what its like to really fear these sick inbread sons of bit...ches they dont NEED a place to live.Did they think of the families they hurt or how sick and disturbed they are. I didn`t think so.they only spend a little amount of time in jail (that is IF they get caught) thier victoms spend the rest of thier lives living it over and over.Thier VICTOMS are the ones who are serving a life sentence! So dont BOOHOO about how society wont let them live in the city. BOO-FUCKING-HOO Here`s a tissue for your issues
