If these people want services they feel they are not getting, I have two solution:
1. Formally join the City of Oxnard.
2. Incorporate those 'County' areas along the coast as Channel Isands Beach city.

It makes no sense at all to slice up Oxnard...keeping the richest sections and newest properties for their new city, and leaving the skeleton behind for the revamed Oxnard. I'm surprised they didn't try to include the Auto Center, and Costco in their plans.

This is a good one, I still have the signed one of a sword hanging over the county during the BRAC battle, keep up the good work.
