Obama's endorsements

qqxsgEndorsements.jpg

Barack Obama has been racking up an amazing array of endorsements from directions that normally lean conservative; in fact, the Chicago Tribune has never endorsed a Democrat for president in its history. Nationwide, he is leading in newspaper endorsements by 112 to 39 at this writing, probably unprecedented considering the general conservative leaning of the American press (big-city East Coast dailies notwithstanding).

Recently stumbled onto this site and it's total LOVE. If I ever need to talk about politics now, I can just point to them and say "THIS"

You say it all so well *_*

Must pimp this one out to friends tonight :)

There is a chance that the Neocons may prevail in November. But, at this time, they are running scared. Let's hope they keep running...maybe all the way to Baghdad. Iraq is the only country left that likes us.
Oh, they hate us, too.

Today someone sent me an email of your drawing "Mountain Top" With Dr. Martin Luther King looking down from the heavens at a stadium with Obama below and above the image were these words "Crispus Attucks fell so that Rosa Parks could sit, Rosa Parks sat so that Dr. Martin Luther King could march, Dr. Martin Luther King marched so that Barack Obama could run, and Barack Obama is running so that our children and grandchildren can fly." Those words and your drawing touched me so deeply and profoundly. Thank you, Sincerely, Sydney R. Angel

Those words beginning with "Crispus Attucks fell' were NOT my words nor part of my cartoon, and i don't know who added them, even though the cartoon is circulating widely with those tacked-on words.

Sorry your work is being bastardized. I had seen the cartoon before I read the words. The cartoon was what touched me first. The words just added to it. Sydney Angel

I am enjoying your work. I'm here in your great state of California as a travel nurse from Georgia. I was crushed when
Georgia turned red on Tuesday. But, not totally shocked.
Steve is there anyway to get a copy of this mountain top cartoon
in a larger signed version for frameing? Is your work sold somewhere? I'd love to take a copy home to GA with me. Thank you, Gail
