Scott,

I know Moorpark has one, I believe Conejo has one. I am not sure about any others. Moorpark College has one.

Anyone?

I will definately save the date and plan on attending.

One of my questions right now, is with Boosters, PTA, the Education Foundation, and all the other personal donations, how much does that total in SVUSD each year?

Arleigh,

What sort of donations are done by SEA, CSEA, and CTA?

Scott,
I believe SEA is buying 10 tickets and CSEA 4. In terms of CTA I was able to put event organizers in touch with CTA vendors who will be going to the event also.

Thank you for bringing up the Lew Roth Award Ceremony. I was thrilled to attend for the first time this year. All three of my sons attended Atherwood Elementary when Bev Radloff was a principal and she is an extremely well deserving recipient of the Lew Roth Award. I think she had our home phone number on speed dial when my three sons attended her school. She always wrote the nicest notes in every single report card they received. I was also happy to sdee Stteve Hayes being recognized as volunteer of the year. I have known Steve for many years and oftened gardened side by side with him and know that he is devoted to the students of SV, and is quite the "Monet of the Garden." Thank you to the SVEF for creating the new Special Education category this year and recognizing Regina Reed as the outstanding teacher. I have known Regina as a special education Teacher at Garden Grove for more than a decade and she is also very deserving of this honor. Regina was also awarded at grant in the past by the Special Educaiotn Advisory Committee of which I am the President. Congrats' to the other recipients as well. I am very impressed with what I have seen of the SVEF and their Board Members.
