Thanks so much for publishing this letter. It made my day! After the laughter died down in our house, I just had to write and say once again that The Star’s “Your Letters� section continues to offer more laughs per column than the comics.
The writer drives to the outlet mall on Black Friday for a kitchen gadget. I’m sure all Camarillo residents who love crowds, congestion, heavy traffic and waiting in lines laughed along with her when she mused, “What was I thinking?"
The article continued humorously on until it reached its height of comic irony. After berating the police for maintaining a presence at the “arena,� who does she instinctively turn to when she panics and needs help?
