Re: your June 4 article, “LULAC panel discusses immigration issues�?:

As a taxpayer who helps fund California State University, Channel Islands, I hope the university will host group discussions with alternative views of immigration issues. It’s interesting how the word “illegal immigrant�? was never used by anyone in this group or in The Star report.
