It is a shame that all The Star reports on is the negative side of what happens in Oxnard. There have been several opportunities to cover the nationally recognized district of homes that embrace the history of Oxnard. I wonder why it is that the 10th annual Historic Home Tour, which covered 12 precious pieces of Oxnard history, was never even mentioned. So sad, really.
