Ferial Masry builds bridges
Ferial Masry will make an excellent representative for our 37th Assembly District.
Ferial is passionate about democracy and the U.S. Constitution, which she teaches to high school seniors in U.S. history and civics classes. Her children went through the Conejo Unified School District. Her son, after joining the National Guard, did a tour of duty in Iraq; her husband works as a civilian engineer for the U.S. Navy.
During the nearly three decades that Ferial has lived here, she has won several awards, including a human rights award presented to her at the Ronald Reagan Library. Ferial has been building bridges, not only between communities, but between Democrats and Republicans. She is on the advisory board of the U.S. Institute of Peace and has met with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Under Secretary Karen Hughes, as well as attending the White House prayer breakfast.
This amazing woman, Ferial Masry, gets my vote!
