Fox has a steady vision

I have lived in the Conejo Valley for 47 years. I grew up, went to school, married, and I am now watching my grandchildren grow up here. I have seen this community change from an unincorporated city to the city we all enjoy today.

Since incorporation in 1964, we have been blessed with city leaders with a vision for our future — names like Frances Price, Alex Fiore, Larry Horner, Ray Garcia and Judy Lazar. Andy Fox has been a bridge from the early visionary leaders and today. Andy is attentive to public safety, open space and slow growth that have made our home and our community a special place to live.

During his years on the City Council, Andy has never lost sight of the vision and the priorities of the citizens of our town. Andy cares about this city. He walks door-to-door, even when there is no election, and he attends homeowners’ meetings when his schedule permits. You can count on the answers Andy gives because of his meticulous attention to detail and thorough research. When he says he is going to do something, he gets it done. Some examples are the rent freezes at our local senior citizen mobile home parks and assisted care facilities, the improvements in our equestrian facilities and the new recreation facilities at our three high schools.

Andy Fox’s boundless enthusiasm and unimpeachable code of ethics and values will continue to guide our city well.
