Winter hits a home run
I watched the recent Oxnard City Council candidates forum and was very impressed with all three challengers, especially William Winter, who said Oxnard has given Big League Dreams enough of our tax dollars.
He then added that he would not give Big League Dreams another dime.
Winter has the fiduciary best interest of all of Oxnard and my vote Nov. 7.
