When President Bush is no longer in the White House.

It is my belief that when the GIs leave Iraq, the country possibly will stabilize. Most of the bloodshed is due to the presence of our troops in their country. Perhaps Iraq needs to have a "civil war" to settle its differences. We settled our differences with a civil war.
