This is yet another ill-conceived rant by the radical left-wing, pro-abortion crowd.
Blumenthal called for the impeachment of Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito from the Supreme Court because of their alleged perjury during their Senate confirmation hearings. Roberts and Alito stated that they wouldn’t alter long-standing decisions based on their own personal ideologies. They didn’t say that they wouldn’t hear cases involving these precedents.
By Blumenthal’s reasoning, they should forego all reason, fairness and common sense simply to acquiesce to his warped ideas about abortion. Each decision must be made case by case, and that is exactly what has taken place.
The pro-abortionist thirst for blood and preoccupation with murder never fails to amaze me. It doesn’t bother them that the United States is now one of the world leaders when it comes to butchering babies. China is the top dog, and Russia has more abortions than births. What does bother them, however, is a differing opinion.
Pro-abortionists need to be honest about their position. Instead of using terms like “choice� and “safe,� they should say, “Let’s kill babies� or “Choice means killing a child or letting it live.� Their position will still be despicable, but at least they’ll be honest.
