Why does a Ventura County transportation bus with a GOVENTURA.ORG sign painted on it have Wyoming license plates?
For months now I have seen this bus on my daily commute to work. I would have expected that by now, the bus would have been registered in California if it was bought out of state.
Is this legal for a California entity to conduct business with out-of-state plates? The rest of us who work in this state are legally bound to register our vehicles in the state and therefore pay our taxes in this state.
