The new one from Birthmark is called "Antibodies" and it's on Polyvinyl Records even though it's a CD. No one's gonna laugh at this birthmark, despite all that droning, on and on, but too soon, nearby curious drivers might be laughing at you. Chances are you'll find yourself instinctively opening your piehole to try and to pop your ears, probably not the desired effect of music. This is number three for Birthmark, the brainchild of one Nate Kinsella, who plays pretty much everything. If he wants to evolve beyond providing muzak for the frozen food aisle at Von's, he needs to unmellow himself and show a pulse.
