The Marmonte League's baseball teams are close to giving up metal bats for the 2011 league season.
All eight league coaches voted to ban metal-composition bats for next season during their meeting this week at the end of the regular season. The also voted to use wooden bats during the offseason.
A final vote to eliminate any metal bats will be held before the start of the 2011 campaign.

I just bought the new 2011 Demarini Vexxum that is composite
i am going to be a freshman next year at NP and i just found out about the banning of composite bats
i have already used my new bat and I cannot return it.
thanks to all of this nonsense i have wasted $200 of my own money and now will probably have to buy i a new bat with my own money again thanks to this rule.
Marmonte league could have dona better job of showing this new rule

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.
