Oaks Christian 21, Moorpark 14 (FINAL)
First Quarter: Richie Harrington threw a 23-yard touchdown pass to Jordan Payton. Second Quarter: Grant Rohach ran for two touchdowns. Harrington connected with Blair Holliday for a 21-yard touchdown pass. Third Quarter: Harrington connected with Holliday again on a 17-yard touchdown pass. Fourth Quarter: No scoring.

St. Bonaventure 57, Calabasas 0 (FINAL)
First Quarter: Shaun Wick scored on a 7-yard run for the Seraphs and Diamond Schouder caught a 30-yard pass from Marc Evans for a touchdown. Second Quarter: Schouder caught another touchdown pass from Evans for 21 yards. Paul  Thompson had a 33-yard touchdown run. Bobby Marques returned an interception 48 yards for a touchdown. Second Half: St. Bonaventure scored three more touchdowns.

Westlake 49, Agoura 13 (FINAL)
First Quarter: Nick Isham ran for a touchdown and has also thrown touchdown passes to Nelson Spruce and Tavior Mowry. Second Quarter: Isham added another touchdown pass, to Justin Moore (11 yards). Mowry ran for a touchdown of 9 yards. Spruce returned a punt 35 yards for a touchdown. Fourth Quarter: Westlake's Geoff Carr scored on a 7-yard run. Agoura's Corey Da Silva caught a 19-yard pass from Gerard Poutier.

Nordhoff 42, Santa Paula 14 (FINAL)

Camarillo 35, Oxnard 28 (FINAL)
First Quarter: Zando Diaz found Ossie Toc on a third-and-4 screen pass for a 14-yard TD pass with 4:56 left Q1. Second Quarter: Diaz hit Luther Okeyo with a 15-yard scoring strike to give Camarillo a 14-0 lead at 11:02 Q2. Watson set up his 10-yard TD run with a 44-yard burst. Camarillo responds with 1-yard Toc TD run, but Oxnard pulls within 7 on Billy Ceja's 11-yard TD pass to Tavonte Jackson on fourth down. Third Quarter: No scoring. Fourth Quarter: Watson tied the game with a 2-yard touchdown run. Diaz completed a 22-yard pass to Jake Maulhardt for a touchdown and the lead. Camarillo's Conrad Kotake gave his team a 35-21 lead with an 87-yard touchdown run. Oxnard narrowed the gap with a Ceja to Jackson 11-yard touchdown pass with 19 seconds left.

Newbury Park 34, Royal 31 (FINAL)
First Quarter: Jake Geringer has run for a touchdown and thrown for one as well, to Dakota Dunlea for 80 yards. Taylor Zander has a 27-yard touchdown run. Second Quarter: Royal's Devonte Riley scored on a 12-yard run. Mason Huether caught a 3-yard pass from Zach Collins for a touchdown. Third Quarter: Alex Wardle kicked a 35-yard field goal. Collins threw a 25-yard touchdown pass to Logan Bateman. Fourth Quarter: Royal scored on another Collins pass to Bateman. Newbury Park answered with a Cameron Wood touchdown catch from Geringer. With six seconds left in the game, Geringer ran for a touchdown from the 5-yard line, giving Newbury Park the lead.

Thousand Oaks 52, Simi Valley 21 (FINAL)
First Quarter: Both Thousand Oaks touchdowns came on touchdown passes from Avondre Bollar to Richard Mullaney. Second Quarter: Landon Poling caught a 12-yard touchdown pass from Bollar. Nathan Debeikes scored on a 23-yard run. Mullaney caught a 12-yard touchdown pass from Bollar. Third Quarter: Debeikes scored on a 43-yard run. Dillon Ludlow caught an 11-yard pass from Jackson Lucht for a touchdown. Simi Valley's Beau Sandland returned a kickoff 95 yards for a touchdown. Fourth Quarter: Simi Valley's Jordan Thiel caught a 35-yard pass from Jake Maranto for a touchdown. Jamie Sutcliffe kicked a 28-yard field goal for Thousand Oaks.

Pacifica 56, Hueneme 14 (FINAL)
First Quarter: Dennnis Taylor had a 10-yard touchdown run. Second Quarter: Dennis Taylor ran for another touchdown and caught a touchdown pass from Nick Davis. Davis also ran a touchdown in and threw a touchdown pass to Christopher Barnes. Hueneme's Treshaun Nixon caught a 4-yard touchdown pass from Jonathan Barnfather. Third Quarter: Taylor ran for another touchdown (42 yards). Javon Duckett recovered a fumble and ran it back 30 yards for a touchdown. Fourth Quarter: Hueneme's Abiam Melendez scored on a 6-yard run. Pacifica's Jordan Maiava scored on a 4-yard run.

Oak Park 28, Carpinteria 24 (FINAL)
First Quarter: Paul Aguilar has a 10-yard touchdown run for Carpinteria. Second Quarter: Aki Zapata caught a 16-yard pass from Connor Hill for a touchdown for Oak Park. Fourth  Quarter: With 1:15 left in the game, Hill connected with Zapata for an 85-yard touchdown pass to give Oak Park the lead.

Rio Mesa 47, Channel Islands 7 (FINAL)
First Quarter: Frank Fassl scored on an 18-yard run. Jordan Nunnery scored on a 4-yard run. Second Quarter: Channel Islands' Gabe Camacho caught a 64-yard pass from Malcolm Allen. Rio Mesa's Tanner Wrout had touchdown runs of 1 and 80 yards. Rio Mesa's Cristian Franco had a 67-yard run for a touchdown. Third Quarter: Marcus Alford scored on a 44-yard run. Wrout scored another touchdown (1-yard run). Fourth Quarter: No scoring.

Ventura 44, San Marcos 7 (FINAL)
First Quarter: Connor Armstrong has a 12-yard touchdown run. Second Quarter: Mark Kirby kicked a 34-yard field goal. Third Quarter: Patrick Kim ran for a 4-yard touchdown run.  

Santa Clara 34, Villanova 14 (FINAL)
First Quarter: 2-yard touchdown run by Scott Koen for Santa Clara. Second Quarter: Ben Chavez ran for touchdowns of 4 and 40 yards. Second Half: Santa Clara outscored Villanova 15-14.

First Quarter: Tavior Mowry scored on a 45-yard run. Nelson Spruce scored on a 38-yard pass from Nick Isham. Second Quarter: Newbury Park got on the board with a 1-yard run from Taylor Zander. Isham completed touchdown passes to Cody Tuttle (6 yards) and Jared Fry (14). Third Quarter: Alex Ball kicked a 34-yard field goal. Fourth Quarter: Mowry added a 1-yard touchdown run.

Marc Evans has thrown three touchdown passes. Cameron Penny returned an interception for a touchdown. This game was televised live on Fox Sports Prime Ticket.
Fourth Quarter: Diamond Schouder scored on a 1-yard run. Adrian Torres returned an interception for 21 yards.

Oxnard 17, Channel Islands 0 (FINAL)

First Quarter: Senior running back Terrell Watson scored on a 9-yard run in the first quarter. Second Quarter: Grant Weiss scored on a 4-yard run in the second quarter and Oscar Jaramillo kicked a 37-yard field goal. Third Quarter: No scoring. Fourth Quarter: No scoring.

Moorpark 31, Royal 0 (FINAL)
First Quarter: No scoring. Second Quarter: Tyler Peterson had a 16-yard touchdown run for Moorpark in the second quarter while Cheldon West caught a 31-yard touchdown pass from Grant Rohach. Third Quarter: Tyler Peterson had a 66-yard touchdown run for Moorpark in the third quarter and Jerry Shumway caught a 48-yard touchdown pass from Grant Rohach. Fourth Quarter: Alex Nelson kicked a 30-yard field goal for Moorpark in the fourth quarter and the Musketeers defense preserved the shutout.

Camarillo 49, Pacifica 7 (FINAL)
First Quarter: Ossie Toc scored on a 5-yard run. Brent Stevens caught a 20-yard pass from Zandro Diaz for a touchdown. Second Quarter: Zandro Diaz threw touchdown passes of 33 and 35 yards to Luther Okeyo and Brent Stevens, respectively, in the second quarter. Third Quarter: Conrad Kotake caught a 47-yard touchdown pass and scored on a 23-yard touchdown run for Camarillo in the third quarter. Fourth Quarter: Kotake scored on a 55-yard run. Pacifica got on the board with an Ivan Gonzalez 4-yard run.

Nordhoff 42, Fillmore 7 (FINAL)
First Quarter: Isaac Seymour scored on a 1-yard run. Nordhoff converted two fourth down plays on the scoring drive.
Second Quarter: Keegan Shirck scored on a 41-yard pass from Logsdon. Seymour scored on a 4-yard run. Tony Johnson scored on a 4-yard pass from Logsdon. Nordhoff scored on all four of its first half possessions. Third Quarter: Jordan Morrison caught two passes from Logsdon for touchdowns. Fillmore got on the board with a 7-yard touchdown run by Colin Farrar. Fourth Quarter: No scoring.

Agoura 35, Calabasas 21 (FINAL)
First Quarter: Calabasas' Tyson Jones scored first on a 1-yard run. Agoura's Gerard Poutier with two touchdown passes, one a 9-yarder to Stephen Yang, the other a 27-yarder to Corey Da Silva. Second Quarter: Poutier got another touchdown pass, 75 yards to Kyle London. Third Quarter: Tai Kusakawa scored on a 41-yard run. Fourth Quarter: Poutier ran for a touchdown and also threw for a touchdown on a 50-yard pass to Yang. Calabasas scored on a 1-yard run by Kyle Zion.

First Quarter: No scoring. Second Quarter:
Aki Zapata's 43-yard TD run, Jeremy Chang's 4- and 3-yard TD runs and Connor Hill's 20-yard TD run give the Eagles a 28-0 halftime lead. Oak Park holds a 312-27 lead in total offense. Third Quarter: Max Leffler's 54-yard keeper got the Lancers on the board. But Hill's 17-yard TD pass to Matt Carson and Nick Rodgers' 1-yard run extended the Oak Park lead. Fourth Quarter: Leffler found Sullivan Wall on fourth-and-15 for a 34-yard TD pass and also ran in a 7-yard TD.

Bishop Diego 17, Santa Clara 6 (FINAL)

Villanova 20, Malibu 14 (FINAL)
Villanova (3-3, 1-0 Frontier) had two players with over 100 yards rushing in Jackson Doyle and Evan Smith. Doyle ran for 151 yards on 8 carries and a touchdown and also threw for 105 yards on 8-of-12 passing. Smith ran for 107 yards on 16 carries and a touchdown. Thomas Dempsey led Villanova in receiving yards with 77 on five catches and also added three pass deflections and six tackles on defense, two for loss.
Kicker Jae Byun made two field goals. Joe Shaneyfelt had 71 yards receiving on eight catches. Villanova led 17-14 at halftime, shutting out Malibu in the second half. Villanova's next game is at Santa Clara on Oct. 29, a Frontier League opponent.

Oaks Christian 28, Thousand Oaks 26 (FINAL)
Thousand Oaks scored three touchdowns in the fourth quarter to get back in the game but couldn't finish the comeback. Ishmael Adams has two touchdown runs for Oaks Christian and Richie Harrington completed two touchdown passes to Jordan Payton.

Ventura 28, Buena 21 (FINAL)

Fourth Quarter: Andrew Martinez and Brad Wellman scored touchdowns for Buena, but Conner Armstrong's 23-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter proved to be the difference in the rivalry game. Third Quarter: Conner Armstrong scored on a 17-yard run. Gibbs has not re-entered the game. Second Quarter: Ventura quarterback Keihan Gibbs was removed from the game with 7:55 left in the second quarter from an injury that may be a concussion and has not re-entered. Ventura's touchdowns in the quarter were both in the air, the first a 14-yard pass from Gibbs to Parker Woodruff and the second was a 31-yard pass from Rodney Stanley to Nick Rudolph. Buena scored on an Enrique Torres touchdown catch from Chase Smith. First Quarter: As the first quarter ended, Ventura had the ball on the Buena 15-yard line. Buena had the ball deep in Ventura territory twice, but couldn't capitalize.

St. Bonaventure 56, Agoura 6 (FINAL)
Second Quarter: St. Bonaventure quarterback Marc Evans threw three touchdown passes in the second quarter - a 5-yard pass to Jeremy Sanchez, an 8-yard pass to Josh Grajeda and a 25-yard pass to Tyler Souza. First Quarter: Tyler Souza scored on a 10-yard interception return for a touchdown and a 56-yard punt return for a touchdown in the first quarter.

Westlake 35, Moorpark 14 (FINAL)
Fourth Quarter: Westlake continues its winning streak. Moorpark scored on a 14-yard Grant Rohach pass to Lionel Poole and a 5-yard run by Garrett Dibene. Third Quarter: Nick Isham threw a 3-yard touchdown pass to Nelson Spruce. Tavior Mowry ran for a 1-yard score. First Quarter: Nick Isham had a 7-yard touchdown run.

Calabasas 34, Newbury Park 28 (FINAL)
Fourth Quarter: Calabasas gets its second league win, scoring the winning touchdown with 1:55 left when Shane Bick caught a 9-yard pass from Kyle Zion. Calabasas tied the game with Zion throwing a 9-yard touchdown pass to Bick and converting the two-point conversion pass to Alex Varonos.Third Quarter: Taylor Zander scored on a 30-yard run for Newbury Park. Calabasas responded with a 21-yard touchdown pass from Kyle Zion to Shane Bick. Second Quarter: Newbury Park responded with three touchdowns, Jake Geringer completions to Sean Garry and Fadi Nassar. Taylor Zander scored on a 2-yard run. First Quarter: Tyson Jones and Tai Kusakawa scored on runs of 6 and 3 yards, respectively.

Oxnard 48, Rio Mesa 27 (FINAL)
Final: Watson had 340 yards and six TDs. Halftime: Watson's 65-yard run sets up his 2-yard TD catch from Billy Ceja on 4th-and-goal. Rio Mesa RB Tanner Wrout had a 4-yard TD run one play after QB Blair Benchwick's 33-yard pass on 4th-and-6. Grant Weiss had a 59-yard TD run. First Quarter: Terrell Watson ran for TD runs of 1 and 4 yards. Rio Mesa scored on a 10-yard TD run by Marcus Alford.

Royal 27, Simi Valley 18 (FINAL)
Fourth Quarter: Simi Valley's Beau Sandland caught a 41-yard touchdown pass from Jake Maranto to cut the deficit to 20-18 after the two-point conversion in the fourth quarter. But Royal put the game away with a late 4-yard touchdown run by Kyle Gauthier. Second Quarter: Royal's Alex Wardle kicked a 52-yard field goal to tie the game. First Quarter: Jens Jeters scored on a 1-yard touchdown run.

Camarillo 56, Hueneme 28 (FINAL)
Second half: Brent Stevens caught a 51-yard touchdown pass from Zandro Diaz in the third
quarter. Oswaldo Toc scored on an 80-yard touchdown run. Second Quarter: Jake Maulhardt had touchdown receptions of 22 and 8 yards from Zandro Diaz in the second quarter. Diaz added a 15-yard touchdown pass from Brent
Stevens. First Quarter: Camarillo's Darren Gales returned an interception 30 yards for a touchdown and Jake Maulhardt caught a 56-yard touchdown pass from Zandro Diaz in the first quarter. Derrick Mose had touchdown receptions of 26 and 14 yards from quarterback Jonathan Barnfarther for Hueneme.

Oak Park 24, Santa Paula 23 (FINAL)
Fourth Quarter: Oak Park's Ryan Schaffer blocked a field goal in the final seconds of the game. Halftime: Esteban Magana has two touchdown runs, and Aki Zapata has returned a kickoff for a touchdown.

Fourth Quarter: No scoring. Third Quarter: Jake Geringer hit Sean Garry with a 15-yard TD pass. Second Quarter: Shaun Wick had a 64-yard TD run and Diamond Schouder had a 12-yard TD run. Newbury Park's Maxx Lunn had a 4-yard TD run. First Quarter: Chris Cook returned the opening kickoff 90 yard for a TD. After Eric Schneider's blocked punt, Shaun Wick had a 1-yard TD run. Cody Kurz returned a fumble 17 yards for a TD. Wick also had a 27-yard TD reception from Marc Evans.

Westlake 56, Simi Valley 6 (FINAL)
Fourth Quarter: Both teams scored. Third Quarter: Dashon Hunt scored on a 1-yard run. First Half: Justin Moore returned the opening kickoff 78 yards for a touchdown to begin the big-play scoring for Westlake. Mowry added another touchdown on a 34-yard run.

Fourth Quarter: Oaks Christian's Cole Brownell scored on a 24-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. Royal's Kyle Gauthier had a 1-yard touchdown run. Third Quarter: Blair Holliday caught an 8-yard touchdown pass from Richie Harrington. Ishmael Adams added an 18-yard touchdown run. Second Quarter: Oaks Christian's Jordan Payton caught a 7-yard touchdown pass from Richie Harrington. Diego Calix kicked a 19-yard field goal. Royal's Kyle Gauthier ran for a 1-yard touchdown. Alex Wardle added a 23-yard field goal. First Quarter: Oaks Christian's Carlos Mendoza has touchdown runs of six and two yards. Richie Harrington connected with Brett Medders for a 31-yard touchdown pass. Royal's Alex Wardle kicked a 52-yard field goal.

First Quarter: Oxnard's Grant Weiss returned a punt 65 yards for a touchdown. Oxnard's Terrell Watson and Ventura's Conner Armstrong added touchdown runs of 66 and 45 yards, respectively.

Thousand Oaks 21, Agoura 12 (FINAL)
Fourth Quarter: Avondre Bollar threw a 35-yard touchdown pass to Richard Mulaney and scored on a 44-yard run for Thousand Oaks in the fourth quarter. Agoura quarterback Gerard Portier threw a 16-yard touchdown pass to Kyle Landon. Third Quarter: Thousand Oaks scored on a safety when Gerard Poutier was called for making an illegal forward pass in the end zone in the third quarter. L.J. Wiley put Thousand Oaks ahead with a 75-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. First Half: Agoura quarterback Gerard Poutier threw a 32-yard touchdown pass to Kyle Landon in the first quarter.

Moorpark 34, Calabasas 7 (FINAL)
Second Half: Grant Rohach threw touchdown passes to Alex Tolliver and Jerry Shumway. Calabasas' Shane Bick scored on a 7-yard touchdown run. First Half: Tyler Peterson, Andrew Stanton and Grant Rohach have touchdown runs for Moorpark.

Buena 32, Rio Mesa 17 (FINAL)

Second Half: Camarillo's Ossie Toc ran for four touchdowns in the second half, accounting for all the team's scoring. Connor Hill threw for a touchdown and ran for a touchdown for Oak Park. Second Quarter: Quarterback Zandro Diaz and receiver Brent Stevens connected on two 32-yard touchdown passes in the second quarter for Camarillo. First Quarter: Mark Carson had an interception return for a touchdown of 46 yards. Rick Perry kicked a 25-yard field goal for Camarillo.

Fourth Quarter: Collin Farrar's three-yard touchdown run was the final score for Fillmore with 2:52 left. Third Quarter: No scoring. Second Quarter: Santa Clara's Rian Baylock scored on a 1-yard run. Westlake 31, Oaks Christian 12 (FINAL)
Playing an 8:30 p.m. start in a ballyhooed first-ever matchup against its newest rival, the Westlake High football team continued to flourish Friday night. Nick Isham threw for 254 yards and two touchdowns, Nelson Spruce caught seven passes for 124 yards and touchdown of 9 and 21 yards, and Westlake shrugged off three turnovers to post a 31-12 victory over host Oaks Christian School in their Marmonte League showdown.

St. Bonaventure 28, Moorpark 25 (FINAL)
Marc Evans threw for four touchdown passes to lead St. Bonaventure to victory. There was an unusual sequence in the 3rd quarter where a bad snap from the center went over quarterback Alex Nelson's head and he found Jerry Shumway in the end zone. On the extra point attempt, the same thing happened, Nelson connecting with Shumway in the end zone for two points.

Calabasas 33, Simi Valley 7 (FINAL)
Calabasas snapped its 53-game Marmonte League losing streak with the
victory. It was the first Marmonte League win for the Coyotes since Nov. 1,
2002. James Bishop scored on a 2-yard run and Tyson Jones added a 1-yard
touchdown run in the fourth quarter.

Newbury Park 42, Agoura 20 (FINAL)

Ventura 61, Camarillo 27 (FINAL)
One year after Camarillo (2-2) scored 14 points in the final three minutes to nip it by a point and one week after losing at Nordhoff, Ventura (3-2) responded by rolling up more than 550 total yards and breaching the 60-point mark for the fourth time in school history.

Thousand Oaks 48, Royal 0 (FINAL)
Avondre Bollar threw for four touchdowns on 13-for-18 passing for 231 yards. By the end of the first half, Rickey Minyard had already rushed for 146 yards while Richard Mullaney had nine receptions for 128 yards. Minyard finished with 164 yards on 14 carries, while Mullaney capped his night off with 10 catches for 180 yards.

Carpinteria 28, Santa Clara 0 (FINAL)
Paul Aguilar rushed 21 times for 215 yards and a touchdown as he led Carpinteria to a blowout win over Santa Clara, 28-0, Friday night at Hueneme.

Oxnard 52, San Marcos 19 (FINAL)
Terrell Watson rushed for three touchdowns as host Oxnard High defeated San Marcos in a non-league game. Watson finished the game with 25 carries for 169 yards. Oscar Jaramillo was 7-7 on extra-point kicks and added a field goal.

Oak Park 29, El Segundo 21 (FINAL)
Oak Park (3-1) held a 16-14 lead after two quarters, setting things up for a wild second half of football, culminating with a 29-21 victory. "It's a big win for us against a quality opponent," Oak Park coach Terry Shorten said. "We played well on both sides of the ball. We wanted to come home and win a game in front of our fans and we did that."

Desert 42, Villanova 28 (FINAL)
Jackson Doyle ran for three touchdowns and passed for another in Villanova Prep's 42-28 loss at Desert High on Friday night in a non-league game. Doyle completed 12 of 25 passes for 235 yards and also had 63 rushing yards on 11 attempts.

Fillmore 34, Bishop Diego 29 (FINAL)
Fillmore (5-0) won in a matchup that featured six ties or lead changes. The Flashes took the lead for good on the final play of the third quarter when Nick Paz busted free for a 40-yard touchdown run, which proved to be the longest play of the game for either team.

Buena 56, Pacifica 0 (FINAL)
Making his first start at quarterback in three years, senior quarterback Jake Smith made the most of the opportunity and led Buena High's football team to a 56-0 rout of host Pacifica in a non-league game on Friday night. Smith ran for two touchdowns and passed for five while completing 17 of 19 passes for 362 yards.

Santa Paula 35, Hueneme 29 (FINAL)
Kameron Klien scampered 29 yards for the winning Santa Paula High touchdown Friday night as the Cardinals held on for a 35-29 non-league football victory over visiting Hueneme. Klein had two touchdown passes and 184 yards through the air. Santa Paula's Esteban Magana rushed for 215 yards on 14 carries.

Grace Brethren 55, Frazier Mountain 23 (FINAL)
Grace Brethren High jumped out to a 21-0 lead and cruised to a 55-23 non-league win Friday night over visiting Frazier Mountain at Moorpark College. The Lancers, relying on a multi-faceted running attack, scored less than four minutes into the game on a 6-yard run by quarterback Max Leffler. The quarterback keeper capped an 11-play, 89- yard drive.

Dos Pueblos 27, Rio Mesa 17 (FINAL)
Michael Spiritosanto powered his way to 114 yards rushing and a touchdown and running back Josh Bartley threw for a score and ran for one, leading host Dos Pueblos to a non-league victory over Rio Mesa.
