Wow-wow-weee, Dan! We all got one hell of a laugh out of this one this morning! Reminds me of my days as a Green Beret pep talk back in Vietnam in my "glory days".
I've GOT to get this flick.
On the serious side, it is shameful what the Nazi's did under the auspices of Hitler and his followers. We fight for freedom.
When I was assigned in Germany in early 1968 through late 1969, I lived off-base in a town named, Vilseck, Germany. I got to know many indigenous Germans. One neighboring family had a split in opinions and a split in support for Hitler and the war. One Christmas eve, I joined this family for schnapps and a dinner. The post-dinner got heated and a fight ensued between two family members, former German Army members, but supporting different political and moral views. One liked murdering Jews, the other completely disfavored it. The train of thought still prevails to today.
Unfortunately, for the ones who favor the Holocaust.
We, as Americans, fight for our rights; and obviously the rights of others at the same time. Now, the story begins; but continues...
